Kia has refreshed the Sportage for 2026, giving its best-selling global crossover a sharper look and meaningful updates and now, official pricing for the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models has been released. Building on the recently announced non-hybrid lineup, the PHEV version reinforces Kia’s push toward electrification without sacrificing value.

- X-Line AWD: Starting at $41,885 (including $1,395 destination) just $600 more than the 2025 model
- X-Line Prestige AWD: Now starts at $48,585, a $2,800 increase over last year
While the base PHEV sees a minor price adjustment, the top-tier Prestige trim now sits significantly higher reflecting added premium features and inflation in materials and tech.
The X-Line Prestige AWD elevates the Sportage PHEV experience with:

- Heated and ventilated front seats
- Heated steering wheel
- Harman Kardon premium audio system with subwoofer
- Advanced driver assistance systems, including forward collision avoidance, blind-spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control
Both PHEV trims include:
- 19-inch alloy wheels
- Rear roof spoiler
- Dual-zone automatic climate control
- Comprehensive safety suite
Under the hood, the Sportage PHEV retains the 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, but now pairs it with a more powerful electric motor for a total system output of 268 horsepower 7 hp more than the 2025 model.
