The 2025 Cadillac CT5 has been unveiled at the Detroit International Auto Show in North America. No pricing is available yet, and the updated sedan will go on sale this spring.

For now, the brand only describes the standard model. Information on the redesigned Cadillac CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing will come later.

The 2025 Cadillac CT5 gets a sleeker face. The front has a large grille with a glossy black mesh pattern in the middle. Chrome accents make the space stand out. A new, rectangular headlight is seen on the exterior. Updating the lamp requires rethinking the accent lighting, especially by adding vertical elements. A slight bend in the lower fascia gives the panel a angled appearance.

The sports version has a curved grille with no chrome accents. It also has a different mesh bottom that matches the top slot. A black sheet around the window. Neither model receives any styling changes at the station. Cadillac adds new Deep Space Metallic and Typhoon Metallic colors as premium options.

Cadillac updates the CT5's interior by installing a 33-inch diagonal curved LED screen as standard. It combines instrument and infotainment functions and has a 9K resolution. Cars are built with Google, which includes Google Assistant, Google Maps and Google Play.

The system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 5G Wi-Fi hotspot is an optional upgrade. Screen layouts can be customized so drivers can customize apps and icons. In addition, users can change the resource cluster information according to their preferences. Drive mode options include configurable Touring, Sport, Snow/Ice and MyMode settings. They change things like throttle response, engine sound, and brake feel.

The 2025 Cadillac CT5 also has new safety technology and Super Cruise is optional. The sedan comes standard with blind-spot steering assist and automatic emergency braking and braking. Traffic sign detection and intelligent assistance are available.

No changes to the powertrain. A standard 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder produces 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Customers can upgrade to a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with 335 hp and 405 lb-ft. Both engines are connected to a ten-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is the standard configuration and all-wheel drive is optional. Cadillac recently launched the 2025 CT5 at the Lansing Grand River Assembly Plant in Michigan.
