Toyota is bringing back the Nightshade Edition for the 2026 Camry, adding a dramatic visual twist to its already refreshed sedan lineup. The hybrid powertrain remains untouched, offering either 225 horsepower with front-wheel drive or 232 hp with all-wheel drive the same as the 2025 model year.

The ninth-gen Camry made its debut last year with a bold redesign across four trim levels. Now, Toyota expands the lineup with a fifth variant: the stylish Camry Nightshade Edition.

This special edition brings a range of blacked-out exterior elements, including 19-inch gloss-black wheels, black badges, and darkened accents. Features like the black grille, door handles, side canards, mirror caps, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler give it a striking, monochromatic look. The Nightshade is offered exclusively in three color options: Ice Cap White, Supersonic Red, or Midnight Black.

For 2026, Toyota also introduces a new paint option called Dark Cosmos, described as a "sultry, hazy blue." This exclusive hue is available only on the SE, XLE, and XSE trims.

The Nightshade joins existing trims LE, SE, XLE, and XSE all of which are offered in either FWD or AWD configurations. Power continues to come from Toyota’s proven 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid engine system.

Toyota expects the 2026 Camry lineup to reach dealerships this summer. Full pricing details will be revealed closer to launch. For reference, the 2025 Camry LE starts at $32,135, while the top-tier XSE begins at $36,035, including the $1,135 destination fee.
