Dodge has pulled back the curtain on one of the most anticipated muscle cars of the decade: the 2025 Dodge Charger Sixpack. Unlike its EV sibling, this version keeps the roar of internal combustion alive powered by the new twin-turbo "Hurricane" inline-six engine and offering standard switchable all-wheel drive.
And yes, you read that right: this four-door muscle sedan starts at just $51,990, including destination.
Two Engines, One Mission: Raw American Muscle
The Charger Sixpack will be available in two power levels:
- R/T (Standard Output – SO)
- 420 horsepower, 468 lb-ft of torque
- 3.0L twin-turbo Hurricane straight-six
- Lower boost, no forged internals
- Scat Pack (High Output – HO)
- 550 horsepower, 531 lb-ft of torque
- Upgraded internals: forged crankshaft, pistons, and connecting rods
- Higher boost, aggressive tuning
Both engines are mated to a revised eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, engineered for faster shifts and improved durability under hard driving.

And here’s the kicker: all models come standard with switchable AWD, letting drivers choose between AWD stability and RWD drift mode a first for a modern Charger.
While the base price is competitive, keep in mind:
- Four-door sedan: Adds $2,000 over the coupe
- Scat Pack upgrade: Adds $5,000 over the R/T
So, a fully loaded Scat Pack sedan could easily approach $60,000 still a bargain in the high-performance segment.
Dodge quotes targeted performance figures for the Scat Pack:
- 0–60 mph in 3.9 seconds
- Quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds
Thanks to its advanced chassis and sticky tires, it’s not just quick in a straight line it handles better than any previous generation.

Even the base R/T comes packed with performance gear:
- Rear limited-slip differential
- Launch control
- Line lock (for burnouts)
- Active exhaust system with multiple sound modes
- Performance Pages Dodge’s real-time telemetry system displayed on the infotainment screen
Scat Pack models go further with:
- Six-piston Brembo front brake calipers
- 20x10-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels
- Optional wider 20x11-inch wheels with 305mm-wide tires for maximum grip
While the overall silhouette matches the electric Charger Daytona, the Sixpack has key differences:
- Traditional grille replaces the “R-Wing” passthrough needed for engine cooling
- New forged multi-link front suspension
- Independent rear four-link setup for improved dynamics
Dodge promises a 25% improvement in steady-state handling balance over the last-gen Scat Pack, with less understeer and a more neutral, planted feel through corners making it the most track-capable Charger yet.
